This cozy one-bedroom apartment is conveniently located for visiting Locarno and all the main attractions in Ticino. Upon entering you enter a large and bright living room, consisting of an area to relax, with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed for the night and a television to watch a movie with friends and the dining area with a table for 4 people. in front of the kitchen, equipped with appliances and complete with everything you need. The living room overlooks the small garden and has a terrace with a table, chairs and parasol where you can enjoy the mild Ticino climate all year round and dine al fresco in summer.

The apartment is completed by the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine available to guests.

A set of towels as well as bed linen and blankets are included for each person. We also give you a care kit. We also provide a basket with breakfast essentials.

The apartment comes with a private outdoor parking space at the side of the house.

Any commercial activity is prohibited within the apartment.
