Studio apartment in a brand new building, 10 minutes drive from the center of Locarno.
This cozy little apartment consists of an open-plan living room with a TV area and a sofa to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day, as well as a dining area with a table for 4 people. Opposite the table is the kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home, whether on vacation or on business trips.
The living room becomes a sleeping area thanks to the pull-out double bed.
It There is also a small balcony with a small table and chairs so you can spend time outdoors and enjoy the mild Ticino climate at any time of the year!
A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
A set of towels as well as bed linen and blankets are included for each person . We also give you a care kit. We also provide a basket with breakfast essentials. Free WiFi for guests.

PURPLE STUDIO has a private parking space.
Regular cleaning once a week is mandatory.

Mandatory costs added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax : CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 100 CHF
