Additional charges 180.- chf (standard (water, electricity, heating) + For 250.- chf/month/pers. for cohabitation services, each person benefits from the following services:

* Common areas: 200m (cafeteria, multipurpose room, laundry room, gardens, lounges, etc.) shared with 15 other cohabitants, each with their own private accommodation.
* 24/7 grocery store for residents with basic products (spices, flours, eggs) and organic vegetables directly from the local producer Vegetables from the garden (seeds, weeding, etc.)
*Homemade soaps and detergents with 24/7 laundry
* 4 meals (free buffet) prepared by a chef (choice from 8 dates per month)
* wifi, taxes (SERAFE, ECA)

Lease amount: i.e. 1,330- CHF + 25CHF FURNITURE for one person Optional parking space: + 60.-chf

Request for participation in the collective: 12 hours/month (8 hours from the 2nd year), stewardship-type contribution for: vegetable garden, soap making, cleaning common areas, as needed.
In addition to the lease, there is a confirmation of membership in the cooperative (if you are not yet a member).
At LCR, we do not charge any agency fees for submitting your application for one of our properties. However, we ensure rigorous follow-up with the management or owner.
