The town has two train stations: Vallorbe station and Le Day station, located at the junction of three railway lines: Dijon-Ville-Vallorbe, Aigle-Vallorbe, and Le Day-Le Brassus. Vallorbe is served by several bus lines: Vallorbe-Yverdon-les-Bains operated by TRAVYS, Vallorbe-Ballaigues-Orbe operated by PostBus, and Vallorbe-Frasne operated by Monts-Jura.
By car: Thanks to the A9 motorway towards Lausanne or Yverdon, Yverdon-les-Bains is 24 minutes from Vallorbe and Lausanne is 39 minutes from Lausanne. The Swiss/French border is 5 minutes from the town centre.
