In the ancient locality of Sauges, there is a village farm. Listed as an architectural heritage and initially in poor condition, it deserved attention and we did so. A total renovation of the farmhouse was carried out and 4 apartments were fitted out in the large volume available. Even if the project is above all contemporary, the protected facade retains beautiful remains of its previous use which give this small EPP a touch of authenticity appreciated and rare in the landscape of current constructions.

The charming duplex offered for sale is located in the old barn, which was initially poorly lit. Beautiful openings were therefore made; they will not only allow you to enjoy optimal light but also a breathtaking view of the lake to the South. The living room, on the first level, as well as the bedrooms upstairs are generous and are just waiting for the finishes to be chosen by its future owner who will undoubtedly know how to make it a cozy nest.
