Belalp towers above Naters - a wonderful destination in the Jungfrau-Aletsch UNESCO World Heritage Site. Belalp offers many highlights for the whole family all year round. In summer, numerous hiking trails beckon, but bikers and climbers also get their money's worth. After a refreshing walk, you will be treated to a spectacular view of the large Aletsch glacier. From Hohstock, you can also see 17 four-thousand-meter peaks, such as the Matterhorn, the Dom and the Weisshorn. In winter, the wide network of slopes is impressive, combining slopes for all levels and a children's ski paradise.

In an incomparably idyllic location below the gondola lift, directly on the downhill road, a chalet and outbuilding are for sale on the Belalp. The chalet is very rustic, and this atmosphere is rounded off by the stone stove and the real wood floor in the spacious living area on the upper floor. From this room you can look out over the unspoilt nature and a small lake - an unobstructed view. The adjoining room can be converted into a bedroom or bathroom - the corresponding connections are available and covered. Wood and building blocks are stored in the spacious basement, which can be reused, as can the furniture, other materials and the unused generator.

The chalet is a true renovation dream, here you can create your own individual dream home on two floors. The chalet needs renovations for the winter, but it is already partially habitable in the summer. The roof has been renewed and is in good condition. Electricity has been laid across the street and can be connected directly to the house. The chalet is located on Burgerboden in the municipality of Naters. Building permission is valid until 2082, which can then be extended.
