The spacious apartment is on the 1st floor of a very centrally located holiday home. The village center, the "bus station" and the valley station of the cable car to Belalp are within walking distance of the house. If you want to take it (even) more comfortably, you have the option of using the sports bus during the winter season. The bus stop is about three minutes' walk away.

The holiday apartment is fully furnished and can be used relatively quickly. In recent years the apartment has been rented out to guests. If desired, a large part of the guests can be taken over for the coming winter season.

Due to the terrain topography, the apartment on the west side benefits from a nice seating area. From here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley and Glishorn. The apartment also includes a cellar and attic compartment and a parking space in the communal garage.

For general use there is a laundry room, a ski room and a sauna for relaxation.
