Thanks to its location, the resort enjoys a tonic high altitude climate, without sudden temperature variations and sheltered from the winds.

The resort has several sporting attractions, a popular summer market and several events are organized throughout the year.

The location of the land on which the “La Maringoude” residence is located is exceptional, a few steps from the center of the resort, the ski lifts and the sports centers. It enjoys a magnificent view of the village.

Built in 2012, the Residence “La Maringoude” is designed with a view to “luxury residential holidays” in the mountains.
