The Lötschental is called "the magic valley". It offers beautiful landscapes, wild and romantic nature and intact flora and fauna. Hikers, cross-country skiers and skiers alike get their money's worth in the Lötschental. The valley is also well connected to public transport and you can reach the lively town of Visp in just under 30 minutes. The Lötschental is the ideal starting point for trips to the Valais and the nearby Bernese Oberland and is therefore very popular with tourists.
The hotel and restaurant "Petersgrat" is for sale in Kippel. It is in a central location in the new part of the village. The Lauchernalp ski area is only 600 meters away and the wonderful hiking trails spread out all around.
The hotel was continuously renovated between 2003 and 2022 - a total of 600,000 francs was invested in sanitary facilities, painting work and work on the roof, floors and windows.
The house has an underground car park with 15 spaces, two individual garages and two outdoor parking spaces. The wine and beer cellars also offer plenty of storage space. In the basement there is a large bar and the laundry room. This gives guests a view of the breathtaking landscape. There is also a lounge for hotel guests and two staff rooms with a separate entrance and toilet. On the third floor there is the charming, rustic landlord's apartment with three bedrooms, kitchen, modern bathroom with bathtub and a bright living room with balcony access.
