Above Saas-Grund, at 2000 meters above sea level, the Triftalp mountain inn is for sale, nestled in the middle of a larch forest. The inn is ideally located on the Simplon - Giw-Gspon - Allmagelleralp high-altitude trail and directly on the hiking trail from Saas-Grund to Kreuzboden. In winter, guests can reach the mountain inn via the "Trift" cable car mid-station towards Kreuzboden or by skiing downhill, followed by a short, approximately 15-minute hike.

The "Triftalp" is located in the heart of an area considered a paradise for bikers, hikers, and snowshoe hikers. In summer, the mountain inn is accessible by car for the tenant; in winter, a special permit is available for a private tracked snowmobile. (The route from Saas-Grund to the café is marked.)

The Triftalp Inn combines countless highlights and offers tremendous potential for its future owners and operators. The kitchen, with an electric grill and gas installation, is equipped with modern appliances in mint condition. All furniture and fixtures are included, allowing for immediate opening.

The basement houses a bright double room with a shower and toilet, as well as two spacious cellars serving as storage rooms, a cold storage room, a laundry room, a utility room, a wood storage area, and plenty of additional storage space. The first floor houses the innkeeper's room with a practical office area, which is very bright and inviting and features a bathroom with a shower. This floor also houses four guest double rooms with wonderful views of the surrounding nature, as well as a toilet and a separate shower. Numerous tasteful, rustic details create a particularly harmonious atmosphere throughout the guest area. The attic features a shared room with accommodation for 13 people and an adjoining seminar room with a sound system and projector. An ideal location for club outings, corporate events, or private gatherings.

The building is heated by a wood-fired boiler, and the heat is conveniently distributed via underfloor heating. A 9kWh heat source can be used for electrical heating. There is also a boiler with a 2000-liter water storage tank.
