This chalet, built in 1930, was a summer residence. It housed livestock below and the living area above.
Currently, some improvements have been made. These include the creation of a cozy dormitory under the roof, accessed from a small living room. From this living room, you can access a balcony with a panoramic view of the Vaud Alps.
The kitchen is habitable with a wood-burning stove, a refrigerator, and a cooker. There is no bathroom, just a toilet with a sink. Two small bedrooms complete the layout. Next to the chalet entrance is a veranda.
The lower floor, which is currently a stable, could be converted differently.
Access to the chalet is easy, it is done on foot and takes 10 minutes, there is no right of way.
