A real eagle's nest, above central Valais and its location particularly well exposed to the sun, it is located above the town of Veysonnaz but on the territory of Nendaz. This chalet was completely renovated in 2015.

From its terrace, you overlook the entire Sion region, the mountains of the north and south of the Alps as far as Upper Valais. Let's come to the chalet, it is called "Pink Cloud". Whether you like the dominant color of the bedrooms or not; pink, yellow, red; including the three shower rooms often adjoining the bedrooms are just as colorful as well as the two guest toilets.

The bedrooms are located below and on the upper floor we have a modern kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room and exits to the balcony and terrace. On the mezzanine, not really counted as habitable, is a large bedroom with a shower room. On the first floor, you will find a large shower room with a sauna, a technical room, storage space and outside a laundry room.

In addition to the living area, we still have some rooms of about 22 m2 of usable area but not considered habitable.

Accessible, a few minutes from the Veysonnaz shopping center, by a long staircase, but an access road is under construction. This chalet is immediately habitable, in good state of maintenance and the exterior fittings have been adapted to the taste of the new buyer.
