Heating is provided by a Hoval 1986 oil-fired boiler for rue Centrale 4 and by the thermal network for rue Centrale 6. The kitchens are semi-fitted. In the premises, the floors are covered with carpet, the walls painted or covered with paneling and technical false ceilings have been installed. The walls of the bathrooms are earthenware over the entire height, tiled floor, enamel painted ceiling. Repair and rehabilitation work on certain
