-Rent: payment by credit card (except Diners, American Express), cash (Swiss Francs only) or bank transfer
-Rent is to be paid monthly in advance at the beginning of the month for the current month
-Pets are not allowed in the residence.
-Public car park "Sardaigne" 3 minutes from the residence.
The tenant is asked to provide copies of the following documents when opening the reservation file:
-Identity documents and residence permit if applicable.
-Employment contract and last 3 payslips if applicable
-Certificate of no prosecution
-Bank guarantee from a Swiss bank representing 3 months' rent. Swisscaution, FirstCaution, or similar guarantees are not accepted.
