This is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for families and groups of friends. This beautiful apartment, which enjoys a beautiful view of the gentle waters of the lake, offers you a cozy living room consisting of a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed for the night and a spacious dining table. Opposite is the kitchen, open to the living room, modern with induction hob, complete with everything you need to cook like at home. The bedroom is a double room and is equipped with a chest of drawers and a niche for storing the wardrobe.

A bathroom with a bathtub completes the apartment.

A set of towels as well as bed linen and blankets are included for each person. We also give you a care kit. We also provide a basket with breakfast essentials.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, however you can park in the public parking spaces along the street or in the large communal parking space (Parking fees apply).

Mandatory costs that are added to the total rent (payable directly on our website):
