This high quality apartment is located in a newly built building in the village of Gandria, not far from the city of Lugano. It welcomes you with a large and bright living room composed as follows: The TV area is equipped with a comfortable sofa where you can watch a movie or read a book at the end of the day and relax admiring the landscape from the window . the dining area with an oval table for 4 people and the modern kitchen, complete and equipped with everything you need. From the living room there is access to the wonderful little terrace with table and chairs, where you can have breakfast and drinks al fresco while enjoying the spectacular view of Lake Ceresio.

There are two bedrooms, a romantic double room and a bedroom with a single bed and a small sofa that can be converted into a single bed for the night, both with a view of the lake.

There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

There is one for each person Set of towels, bed linen and blankets as well as a care set included in the price. We also provide a basket with the essentials for a breakfast.

You have access to outdoor parking on the main street, a 3-minute walk from the building.
