This cozy little apartment consists of an open living room with a TV area and a sofa to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day, and a dining area with a table for 4 people. Opposite the table is the kitchen with appliances and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home, whether for vacation or business stays.
The living room becomes a sleeping area thanks to the fold-down double bed.
There is also a small balcony with a small table and chairs, so you can be outdoors in any season and enjoy the mild Ticino climate!
A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
A towel set for each person is included, along with bed linen and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also provide a basket with the essentials for a breakfast. Free WiFi for guests.
PURPLE STUDIO has a private parking space.
Regular cleaning once a week is mandatory.
Mandatory fees added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 100 CHF
