LOC - CHALET ARVINE

ARVINE chalet facing south-east, for 12 people, located in Anzère at - 1500m altitude and facing south with panoramic views of the valley.
It consists of two adjoining and communicating parts.

Each part of the chalet is made up of 3 bedrooms. Two of them on the ground floor, the 3rd upstairs.
On the ground floor we find in each part, a bathroom, a toilet and two bedrooms.
The upstairs bedrooms have a shower room and WC as well as a TV area.

Each part is composed as follows:
* Access level:
- Entrance hall with toilet
- Living room with Wifi, TV (cable distribution, DVD player), board games, leaflets on the region and books, glazed wood stove
- Semi-open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, fondue set, raclette set, pressure pan)
- Large south-facing balcony with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue
* Garden level:
- night hall
- toilet
- bathroom with bathtub (shower screen)
- 2 bedrooms with French window opening onto the garden
* Floor level:
-large bedroom with double bed

Between CHF 3,100 and CHF 3,700/per week during the winter season.
