For seasonal rental, from 1 December to 30 April


Wonderful chalet fully furnished and equipped for an exceptional stay in the mountains at an altitude of 1235 meters :

On the 1st floor:

  • A first bedroom furnished with a kingsize bed.
  • A bathroom (shower/WC).

On the ground floor:

  • A bright, fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room. It is composed as follows: two coffee machines (Krups espresso machine and Dolce Gusto machine), cooking plates, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.
  • A warm living room with a table and a large wall bookcase, a TV and a DVD player. A wood-burning fireplace is at your disposal, perfect for a reading by the fire or for a moment of sharing with family or friends.
  • A guest toilet.
  • A covered terrace, accessible from the dining room, with a table and chairs. It offers a beautiful view of the mountains and a meadow.

On the lower ground floor :

  • A second bedroom with 2 single beds (put together to form a double bed). It gives access to the second terrace.
  • A third bedroom including 2 single beds.
  • A fourth bedroom furnished with a single bed.
  • A bathroom (bathtub/WC).
  • A beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking a large garden, perfect for a meal outdoors. The garden would be a perfect place for children to play.
  • A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Please note that the shower in the laundry room is not usable.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the chalet.

A parking spot next to the chalet. However in the event of snow or when the access road to the chalet is not passable by car, a shared car park 200m from the accommodation is available (walk up from the car park to the chalet). When there is snow, the road is cleared daily to this shared car park. Snow chains may be required in the event of recent snowfalls. After this car park, the road is closed as this is a ski and toboggan run.

Access to the accommodation requires good footwear and, depending on the snow conditions, may be slippery.

The chalet is ideally located at the foot of a ski slope. Direct ski access: Snow conditions permitting, ski down from the chalet to the bottom of the piste. Or a descent on foot from the chalet to the Les Marécottes cable car station (600m along a footpath).
From the top of the slope, ski down to the chalet (100m ascent on foot).

The rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, wifi and TV).

 

A final cleaning is organised at the end of the rental period. Cleaning costs are the responsibility of the tenant and are not included in the rental price (price on request).
